Internet Marketing Tips – Pay Per Click Ad Writing Tips
Pay per click advertising can be one of the most effective ways to promote your business. It can also burn a hole right through your pocket. If you don’t believe me, just ask one of the many marketers out there who have lost small fortunes using this form of promotion. One of the main reasons for failure is poor ads. In this article, I’m going to give you one of a few simple ad structures that will work wonders for running a successful pay per click campaign.
Okay, we only have three lines to work with, so we have to make them count. Your first line should be a compelling headline, just like you would use when writing a sales letter. For example, let’s say you’re selling a natural cure for warts that’s guaranteed to work in 24 yours. You might come up with a first line like “Natural Wart Cure In 24 Hours”. Now, somebody who sees that and is having a problem with warts is certainly going to want to check it out. You’ve gotten their attention. That’s half the battle.
Now we’re up to our second line. In this line you want to further reinforce the issue. There are many ways to do this. One great way is by stating what your guarantee is. You might want to say something like, “Guaranteed To Work Overnight”. Now you’ve strengthened the first line. Not only will the cure work but it’s guaranteed. The only thing left now is your third line.
The third line is your call to action. This is where you get them to your site. It can be something as simple as, “Visit URL Today”. They already know what’s going to happen when they get there. They know they’re getting a natural wart cure and they know it’s going to work overnight and it’s guaranteed. All that’s left is for you to tell them to go to your site.
There are certainly other methods that work, but this one, as simple as it is, is very effective and should bring you plenty of visitors to your site. The key is making it crystal clear what the benefit is. It has to be what the prospect is looking for or they won’t click on your ad.
To YOUR Success,
