Learn SEO and build every page with it in mind. Write articles and submit them to directories every week! Not just a few either, but 20,30,40 per week! If you do not have time then outsource it. Write viral reports with your website address in it and your affiliate links and give them away for free. People will love the info and pass it around freely. You'll be getting visitors and sales for months or even years from these.
