Internet Marketing Strategies Promote Products and Keep All the Profits
If you have picked your niche but have not created a product yet to sell to that niche then for sure you will want to check out one of my favorite internet marketing strategies…resale rights products. It is an opportunity for you to have a product…instantly…and keep ALL of the profits.
Resale rights products are highly profitable, but they also seem to come with a bit of confusion. This is because there are a few different types. Let me clarify each type and what you can and can’t do with them.
First up is the one that is probably the most straight forward…Resale Rights products. Here you are buying the product and you are able to re-sell it and keep 100 percent of the profit. So whether it is an ebook, an audio, a video…whatever…You sell it and you keep the money.
Next is Master Resale Rights products. These are products that you are buying and again, you will keep 100 percent of the profit. The distinction here is that you can do two things with a master resale rights product…you can either re-sell it to a customer, who is buying it for their own use…OR, you can sell the rights to that product.
When you are selling the rights to the product, chances are your customer is not buying the product just for their own use, they are buying it so they can turn around and sell it and keep the profits for themselves. So basically you are helping to set your customer up in business and giving them their first product to sell.
Since people get these two mixed up a lot, let me just re-cap. Resale Rights are when you sell a product to your customer and Master Resale Rights are when you sell the rights to that product to your customer, who will then turn around and sell the product itself to their customers. Got it?
Another type is Private Label Rights. This is a product that you can do anything you want with. You can re-write it, leave it exactly as it came but put yourself as the author, you can change any images that come with it…really, do whatever you want with it.
The last type I want to talk about is Public Domain products. These are old works whose legal copyrights have expired. You can now reproduce these and modify them. You want to make sure you follow the rules in your state or your country, but you keep all of the profits when you sell these, just like the other types.
There are definitely some “ins and outs” to working with public domain products so if you are planning to go into that business you may want to think about working with a public domain lawyer to be sure you are being compliant.
The bottom line with resale rights products is that you have the ability to keep all of the profits. This can save you a ton of time when you want to start making money quickly, and don’t have the time or maybe the experience to create your own product. It is for this reason that I highly recommend adding resale rights products as one of your internet marketing strategies.
