The 2nd kind of landing page is called the “Preselling” landing page. This is the landing page which affiliates will use to soft sell the affiliate products that they are promoting. You can use some of the methods that are being explained in the part 1 of this article. The only difference is that the content that you put should be more of listing the problems that the customer will face and offers the affiliate products to the customer as a solution.
What you can do is to carefully study the merchant’s sales letter to discover and capitalized on the product’s benefits or hooks that are being overlooked. It is perfectly normal for you to bold or highlights certain words or phrases so that it will enhance the reader to understand better.
This landing page should have a strong headline to attract the customer’s attention. Once you have caught their attention, you should insert bullet list that will highlights the product features and benefits. You should highlight the problems that will solved if the customers buy the affiliate products that you are promoting. This should cause the customer to be curious enough to click the link that you want them to click so that the customer can know more information.
The thing that you have to keep in mind is that this landing page is actually used to presell the affiliate products. The role is only to warm up the reader. All the hard selling should be done by the merchant’s website.
