Affiliate Marketing For Beginners – You Need to Learn to Crawl Before You Can Walk!
I am sure that you have come across the countless guru’s who promise you millions of dollars a year with affiliate marketing! While affiliates who create that kind of income do exist, that should not be your goal if you are just starting out. Here I am going to give you 3 things you should focus on if you want to break into affiliate marketing and have some success!
1. Design a game plan. You should not start affiliate marketing without a specific game plan to earn some money. Go over to ClickBank, and find 3 or 4 products that you want to promote. Their are certain criteria that you need to follow when choosing products, which I talk about in my free report.
2. Decide how you will get people to your website or blog. You can design a free blog with blogger, but then you are going to need to drive targeted traffic to that blog. Do not buy any type of traffic packages, because it simply will not work. You need to focus on one or two methods of driving traffic. For newbies I would suggest article marketing and classified ads.
3. Absorb information that is specific to your business model. It is easy for a newbie marketer to suffer from “information overload,” and in order to avoid this you need to make sure that you concentrate on learning stuff that coincides with your business model. For instance, if you use article marketing to build traffic, then focus just on article marketing, at least to start with.
