Internet Marketing Challenges – Do Not Waste Your Time Dealing With Bad Customers

Far too many aspiring Internet marketers spend too much time dealing with bad customers. Let us begin by explaining what we mean when we talk about so-called bad customers. This generally refers to customers who do not produce an adequate profit for you and your business relative to the amount of work that's involved with serving their needs. Far too many people get trapped assuming that they need to spend 100 hours a week making sure that one particular customer is happy. To the extent that customer presents a massive and overwhelming majority of your business, then it might make sense. However, if a customer only represents a tiny fraction of your profits, then this is what we would consider a bad customer.

It is very important that you understand that the customer is purely doing what he or she believes to be the right thing for his or her business. You need to equally make sure that you are doing what you believe to be in the best interest of your business. To the estimated you can devote several days per week to dealing with issues generated by one particular customer, then there is no problem. However, if you simply can not afford to do this, then you need to realize that it's important not to waste your time dealing with bad customers.

Here's the bottom line: there are only so many hours in a day. You probably have a lot of work to do. You need to prioritize what is the most important thing for you to be working on at any given time. Do not waste your time dealing with the bad customers you may have.
